Aquair Heat Interface

FEATURES

It can be run in conjunction with an existing wet system,

with the option of supplying unheated air for cooling

purposes during warm weather conditions.

Aquair HIU’s can be used with a vast range of heat

sources such as natural gas, LPG or oil condensing

boilers. Also heat pumps, biomass, solid fuel or combined

heat and power (CHP).

Outputs are calculated using a minimum flow temperature

of 80°C. Lower flow temperatures can be used although

this will result in a reduced output.

The installation of an Aquair linked to a suitable heat

source has become an efficient and cost effective

solution, especially for installers who don’t hold their

DAH1 certificate as it means they can replace a warm air

heater with a combi boiler and Aquair HIU combination,

saving space and giving substantial benefits.

S-10, 16 and 20 are suitable for upflow or downflow

applications. Models S-25 & 36 are downflow applications

only.

All Aquairs come with a wire mesh air filter as standard

although this can be upgraded with a ‘Cleanflow’

electronic filter option

The Aquair HIU is unique in its design and versatility

and will provide all the benefits that centralised heating

systems offer.

There is no other product on the market that can replace

a warm air heater in a single dwelling, fully utilising the

existing warm air ducting and be integrated into a

centralised heating source
